EMERGENCIES

We expect our patients to call us right away with any emergency. Some emergencies can be handled in our office right away.  Otherwise we will make the appropriate referral.

REFERRALS                       

Most referrals for special diagnostic tests, or appointments. With specialists take about two to three business days for our staff to arrange. This will depend on our access to your insurance company.

PRESCRIPTIONS                       

Although we will try sooner, we can promise three business days for prescription renewals. Most prescription refills should be handled at patients' regular appointments.
